Nick has over 25 years of international corporate finance experience and leads our Industrials M&A team.
He provides leadership and hands-on expertise on all aspects of corporate finance, including strategic reviews, growth strategy and business plan development, acquisitions, exit readiness, business divestments, restructuring, accelerated M&A and fund raising.
Nick has built up significant international cross-border M&A expertise and in-depth relationships with key industry players. He advises clients across the industrials and energy and resources sectors and has led deals in industrial technology and automation, flow control, chemicals, print, paper and packaging, building materials, aerospace, transport, oil and gas, renewables, mining, and construction sectors. His clients range from large international corporates, private companies and financial institutions.
Nick is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy with Business Finance and Capital Markets from the University of Dundee. Prior to joining AlixPartners Nick was a partner at Deloitte in London.
