Steve has 20 years of experience in whole company performance improvement, and is a leader in AlixPartners' EMEA Travel, Hospitality and Leisure team. He works closely with his clients' leadership across a range of situations, from rapidly growing to highly distressed. Steve has deep experience in areas related to revenue and growth, operating model and organisation design, and execution of whole-company transformation programs.
Steve has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Cape Town.
