With over 16 years of professional experience, Phillip has developed a strong expertise in M&A (portfolio review, due diligence, pre/post-merger integration, carve-out/exit/sale) and Value Creation (EBITDA improvement, SG&A/COGS reduction, corporate transformation, operating models, shared services).
Phillip is passionate about delivering results that create real value for clients and stakeholders. To achieve this, he leads highly qualified teams with unique industry and functional expertise, operating at pace and moving quickly from analysis to implementation.
He holds an MBA from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and is a Certified Private Equity Analyst (CPEA) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
