He has led several large-scale transformation programs and business strategy projects. Previously, he was a principal at A.T. Kearney, where he led multiple large programs for his clients via deep expertise in cost benchmarking, cost and process improvement, handset end-to-end value chain optimization, procurement and strategic sourcing, business strategy, process digitization, and program management.
Sherwin has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow.
