Max is an operational transformation expert with more than 10 years of hands-on international experience in mission critical situations. Combining a strong consulting toolkit from around 20 projects across all optimization levers with a unique corporate experience as an Fast-Track Management Program graduate and a robust academical background. Functional spike in organizational efficiency and effectiveness (OEE) with a particular focus on SG&A reductions, org design and labor relations.
Max holds an MBA from INSEAD in Singapore and France, and prior studied at the European Business School in Germany and the Thammasat University in Thailand. He is an active member of their alumni organizations, as well as AmCham Germany and Mensa Switzerland.
