He is focusing on financing topics, Cost- & EBITDA enhancement and program management, transparency through reporting and controlling, and M&A, mainly in private-equity situations but also for midcap and large-cap companies. As a C-Level interim manager he worked in industries such as Leisure, TMT, Industrial Services, Automotive and Steel.
He gained that experience by performing consulting services and serving in industry when situations required change and alignment with relevant stakeholders. He has a gained a master's degree in industrial engineering and an MBA and is a qualified certified public accountant (CPA).
