Anna has over 25 years experience in large scale consumer products and packaging company transformation. She focusses on operational cost reduction and margin uplift through procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, commercial, and organisational improvement. Anna has a deep understanding of consumer products and packaging businesses with a track record of industry roles as Chief procurement officer and Chief transformation officer and in consulting projects, helping major organisations diagnose and address operational performance risk and improvement fast. Anna has a Production Engineering and Economics degree from University of Birmingham. Before joining AlixPartners, Anna held roles at Mars, Mobil Oil, PwC.
