She has worked across various industries, including manufacturing, tech, telecom, legal, aerospace & defense, government, and non-profit, and has experience in culture transformation, end-to-end business transformation, operating model re-design, change management, executive advising, strategic communications, and merger integration.
Pippa holds a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and worked in the Behavioral Research Lab at Columbia Business School. Previously, Pippa was a strategic advisor to several top law firms and also advised new ventures on scaling sustainably to support continued growth.
