SUMMARY
Marcus has spent almost 20 years helping companies solve operational and strategic challenges. His clients benefit from his expertise in financial, operational, and business programs; large-project management; and postmerger integration. He has served various utility, telecommunication, transport, construction, and automotive companies on both operational and strategic projects. His current project focus is on purchasing programs in various industries—primarily automotive, construction and engineering, and industrial goods. In addition, Marcus has engaged in various major postmerger integration programs both pre- and post-closing across multiple industries. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was with McKinsey & Company as an engagement manager.
