Tom has nearly two decades of experience in leading clients through time-sensitive and complex litigation matters involving large amounts of sensitive structured and unstructured data, court-filed expert reporting, complicated negotiating strategies, and overall case management, with a focus on the mortgage and financial services industries. Having directed and worked on many of the firm's largest litigation projects, Tom is an accomplished project leader and risk manager adept at guiding both colleagues and clients through the complexities of the litigation process as well as the renegotiation of contracts and the settling of claim disputes.
