Joe has 25 years of experience of leading large teams on complex and often Government-sensitive situations across all major sectors of the economy.
His particular focus is working with highly regulated industries like Healthcare, Financial Services and Energy. He has executive interim management experience as interim CEO and Chief Restructuring Officer leading operational turnarounds, strategy design and execution, M&A and financial restructuring. This is complemented by extensive advisory experience across operational turnaround, financial restructuring, M&A, options analysis and enforcement planning engagements (often as a contingency plan) and is also licensed to execute these insolvency appointments as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and UK qualified Chartered Accountant. He is a member of the UK Institute For Turnaround and from 2017 to 2023 was an elected Council and ExCom member of R3, the UK’s leading restructuring and insolvency professional trade body.
