Over the last 15 years of advising businesses across sectors including retail, private banking, sports and media he has developed a deep understanding of the opportunities and threats technology poses for organisations and their industries, and is experienced at helping frame strategic choices, understand the implications, make decisions and execute. His expertise includes strategic consulting, technology transformation and operating model design and implementation. He previously founded and led the Capita Institute, the research and thought leadership arm of Capita plc, a £3bn FTSE 250 business process, outsourcing and professional services group. He holds a PhD from the University of Manchester, with a specific focus on consumer behaviour, ethics and sustainable consumption.
