Alain is a seasoned professional with extensive international operational experience in various manufacturing industries, with a focus on Aerospace & Defense and automotive.
Alain has led operational turnarounds, operations strategy designs and implementations, performance improvement programs, and large-scale transformation programs. Prior to becoming a consultant, Alain held various operational positions in the industry with Alsthom Engines and Saunier Duval (boiler industry), mainly in production and industrial engineering.
Alain has a master's degree in business management from ICG School of Management. His native language is French, and he speaks English fluently.
