Marcello, with 20 years of experience, started his career in Digital at Accenture, he then moved to Automotive where he held managerial positions in Italy, Poland, and China, and eventually joined BCG for 5 years where he specialized in Financial and Business Services.
He joined AlixPartners 10 years ago bringing together hands-on managerial approach and solid core consulting skills.
In the past 7 years, Marcello has focused his work in helping PE firms in their investments in the Tech and Fintech industries in EMEA, from DD to value creation plan design and implementation.
