SUMMARY
Ben has 20 years of management consulting and industry experience in the aerospace and defense sector as well as other diversified industrial sectors. He leads project teams across the product life cycle—from engineering and development to manufacturing, to sustainment and aftermarkets. Ben’s professional experience spans both the private and public sectors, and clients benefit from his deep expertise in the areas of growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, large-scale transformation, operating-model design, due diligence, process improvement, cost takeout, and change management. Prior to AlixPartners, he was with Deloitte Consulting. Earlier in his career, he served on active duty in the US Army as a space and missile defense officer specializing in the Patriot missile system.
Ben has an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
