With nearly 25 years of experience, Eric specializes in providing strategic leadership to troubled and underperforming companies while advising senior executives, boards of directors, and creditors. His extensive background encompasses various roles, including senior management positions, financial advisory, principal investing, and directorship across public and private firms. Eric's expertise lies in restructuring, operations management, and executing complex transactions across multiple countries and diverse industries.

In his recent role as Chief Restructuring Officer (“CRO”) of Avaya Inc., a leading global technology company, Eric played a pivotal role in steering the organization through a transformative turnaround, earning recognition from industry peers. The Avaya restructuring was honored as the Turnaround Management Association’s 2018 Transaction of the Year - Mega Company and received the CRO of the Restructuring Deal of the Year award from The Deal® Awards 2020. Eric's outstanding contributions also led to his inclusion among the industry's top "People to Watch” by Turnarounds & Workouts.

• Served as CRO of Cyxtera Technologies, a global sponsor-owned datacenter and infrastructure company.
• Led as Chief Restructuring Officer (“CRO”) of Avaya Inc., managing the successful restructuring of a $3.7 billion global technology firm.
• Provided financial advisory services to J Crew Group Inc., a global specialty retail company with $2.5 billion in revenue.
• Offered financial advisory support to a confidential fintech company managing $2.1 billion in small and medium-sized business loans during its winddown.
• Acted as CRO of Sungard Availability Services Capital, a $1 billion global technology company.
• Provided financial advisory services to Riverbed Technology Inc., a developer of IT network monitoring technology.
