Thomas has over 9 years of turnaround and restructuring experience, with a specific focus on finance-related topics in special situations. These include CFO priorities like cash flow management, business planning, carve-out preparations, M&A, financial restructuring as well as project and stakeholder management. Thomas studied Business Administration and was awarded for his Master in Laws in Mergers & Acquisitions from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
