SUMMARY
Fei has 10 years of experience in the management consulting industry, with extensive experience in working with automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in areas such as cost reduction, strategic sourcing, new product launch, and customer voice assessment. She also has deep expertise in procurement and product development (DtC, DtV) functions. Fei's clients in the United States, China, Japan, and other countries have benefited from her collaboration with them. Prior to AlixPartners, she was with McKinsey Shanghai as an engagement manager and a member of the automotive team.
Fei has a Master of Arts in economics from Boston University.
