SUMMARY
Stephen is an operations improvement professional with more than 30 years of senior operating and client service experience. He led operations and supply chain for a division of a major US automaker, for a large building and consumer products company, for a material-handling-equipment maker, and for a precision-bearing maker. Reporting to the chairman, he architected and led a global-enterprise continuous-improvement transformation for a global advanced-material-science company. Stephen has served more than a hundred clients in the automotive, aerospace, industrial, food and beverage, financial services, and public sectors with both boutique and large global consultancies. He apprenticed in the United States and Japan with the creators of the Toyota Production System.
Stephen has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
