Deb is a business leader with a successful record of leading and improving retail companies’ finance organizations and business operations. She has led distressed companies through complex operational and financial restructurings, primarily in the retail industry. Deb has more than 30 years of experience, including serving as senior vice president of FP&A at MasterCard and as vice president of finance at Ann Taylor corporate. In addition to benefiting from Deb's industry experience, her clients benefit from her expertise in assisting them by serving as both advisor and interim chief financial officer.
Deb has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from State University of New York at Albany and is a certified public accountant in the state of New York. She is a member of the AICPA, NYSSCPA, TMA, ABI, and AIRA. In 2018, she was recognized by the Turnaround Management Association for her successful leadership of the BCBGMAXAZRIA restructuring as interim chief financial officer (CFO).
