Brian is an experienced management consultant with breadth and depth in supply chain and manufacturing operations. He brings 20 years of consulting and industry experience, primarily serving large aerospace and defense companies. Brian has consistently delivered value through engagements focused on operations strategy, supply chain performance improvements, and transformational cost reduction initiatives. Prior to AlixPartners, he was with Deloitte Consulting, Sikorsky Aircraft, and Pratt & Whitney. Brian has an MBA in finance from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Science in project management from Boston University.
