He started his career as a mechanical engineer with a focus on innovation and technical cost reduction for Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. Arun has also held Program Management roles where he led product development with global teams.
Arun has led the successful implementation of various EBITDA improvement programs through top-line growth, operations improvements and org transformations. Arun specializes in the Automotive aftermarket segment and studies the impact of Electric Vehicles on vehicle maintenance and repair.
Arun has a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
