With more than 20 years of professional experience, Alban specializes in operational and financial restructuring as well as the design and implementation of urgent transformations.
Alban has held a number of interim positions for client companies, primarily in finance, treasury, and cash management functions and has served as financial advisor on both the creditor and debtor sides.
Before joining AlixPartners in 2008, he had gained relevant experience in the restructuring field at THM Partners, at German turnaround and restructuring boutique Struktur Management Partner, and at Bain & Company.
